Ordering

What currency are your prices in?
We are based in Southern California and all prices displayed are in US dollars (USD).

How do I know which size will fit me best?
The Size Guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your size in ASTARA. If you have questions about a specific measurement, you can always reach out to our Customer Collective team. Please include foot length, width, and high arch detail and we’ll help you out.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your order, so you can place a new order with the changes you need. We process orders quickly—once it ships, we’re unable to cancel it. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to Customer Love right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and will result in delayed delivery.

Shipping/Tracking
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on "Track It" and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your package is lost or damaged, please reach out to our Customer Collective right away. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Pre-Order
If an item status is Pre-Order, it means our artisans are currently crafting your piece. Pre-Order estimated shipping date is listed and may ship sooner once your order is complete.

Waitlist
If an item is Waitlisted it means that we are most likely making more! Sign up with your email and let us know your preferred color and size. We will email you to let you know if and when the item will be available.

Returns
Items in new condition can be returned for a refund. Returns must be postmarked 7 days from receipt of your initial order. Refunds are at our discretion. You know we love our Mother Earth and factor the environment into every business decision we make at ASTARA.

While we do offer returns for our online customers, a $25 restocking and carbon offset fee, through TerraPass, will be deducted from your return. Each year, reverse logistics (returns) generates 5 billion pounds of land fill and is responsible for 15 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions. We are dedicated to serving the Earth and are doing our part in avoiding any destruction and offsetting modern conveniences. We hope you understand and support us in this cause!

Care Instructions

How do I care for my gemstones?
There are a few ways you can keep your crystals bright and charged:

  • Place shoes on or near a Selenite stick to cleanse the energy of the stone.
  • ‘Smoke’ around your shoes with Palo Santo or Sage, be careful of any ash.
  • Leave under the light of the Full Moon – but check the weather first!
