What currency are your prices in?
We are based in California and all prices displayed are in US dollars (USD).

How do I know which size will fit me best?
The Size Guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your size in ASTARA. If you have questions about a specific measurement, you can always reach out to our Customer Collective team. Please include foot length, width, and high arch detail and we’ll help you out.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your order, so you can place a new order with the changes you need. We process orders quickly—once it ships, we’re unable to cancel it. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to Customer Love right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and will result in delayed delivery.

Shipping/Tracking
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on "Track It" and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If your package is lost or damaged, please reach out to our Customer Service right away. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Pre-Order
If an item status is Pre-Order, it means our artisans are currently crafting your piece. Pre-Order estimated shipping date is listed and may ship sooner once your order is complete.

Waitlist
If an item is Waitlisted it means that we are most likely making more! Sign up with your email and let us know your preferred color and size. We will email you to let you know if and when the item will be available.

Returns
Items in new condition can be returned for a refund. Returns must be postmarked with your return shipping label 14 days from receipt of your initial order. Refunds are at our discretion. Please email INFO@ASTARACOLLECTIVE.COM for all return/refund requests.

How do I care for my shoes?

Each ASTARA shoe is a piece of jewelry for your feet. As we work with real and raw gemstones, please use care when handling. We recommend placing your shoes in the provided dustbag when not in use and when traveling to protect gemstones from harm. 

How do I care for my gemstones?

There are a few ways you can keep your crystals bright and charged:

  • Place shoes on or near a selenite stick to cleanse the energy of the stone.
  • ‘Smoke’ around your shoes with sacred herbs or incense, and be careful of any ash.
