  • We offer ground FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders over $150
  • Orders are packaged and ready to ship within 2-3 business days.

If you choose 2-day priority shipping it does not mean you will receive it within 2 days. With current travel and shipping delays, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframe. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped Priority or UPS 2-Day rather than USPS First Class or UPS Ground. 

If you need a rushed order or a custom piece, please contact us directly at and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

  • Signatures are required for orders over $500.
  • All shipments come with tracking.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 


Please note orders may take longer to arrive due to restricted travel and flights. We offer three international shipping methods: USPS, DHL & UPS. Please choose the method that is best for your country.  

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout.  They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.  Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Our hope is that you love your new ASTARA pieces and they become an integral part of your wardrobe and life. If for any reason you are not happy and need to exchange your items, you can contact us directly at to exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. 

We must be notified of exchanges within 14 days of receipt on unworn footwear.

Please include your name, photo of the damage, description and proof of purchase or original order number. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. We will do our best to help and restore pieces. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs and exchanges.


Items in new condition can be returned for a refund. Please email INFO@ASTARACOLLECTIVE.COM for a return label. Returns must be postmarked 14 days from receipt of your initial order in original condition. Refunds are at our discretion.
